Third-i Breakfast Workout, Spring 2017: Stakeholder Engagement 101

+ 05/05/2017

Date: 23 May 2017
Time: 08:30 – 10:30
Venue: Third-i Offices, The Library, Square Ambiorix 10

We are pleased to invite you to our early morning interactive ‘workout’ allowing you to flex your creative muscles, enjoy a pleasant breakfast, and think about the challenges of stakeholder engagement for your organisation’s purposes.

It is generally accepted that stakeholder engagement is important to our organisations. But like many jargon terms that are thrown around lightly, we don’t often take the time to discuss how it really affects our work, and how we deal with the challenges it poses.

The purpose of the breakfast will be to:

  • challenge you to think of the main struggles you and your organisation are facing when it comes to stakeholder engagement
  • exchange ideas and best practices with other like-minded professionals
  • work together to develop a set of Guidelines on Mastering and Managing Stakeholder Engagement

We will of course be taking a very hands-on approach, with a series of dynamic participatory sessions specially structured and facilitated to help us align as a group around the main challenges and co-create solutions. There will also be plenty of time built in to get to know other participants and enjoy the breakfast provided.

On our side, Third-i would also like to invite you to use the Guidelines on Mastering and Managing Stakeholder Engagement after the breakfast, and to apply them to your day-to-day work. One of you will also gain the opportunity to discuss their stakeholder engagement challenges during a special personalised session with the Third-i team in the weeks following the breakfast event.

We remain at your disposal for any questions you may have. Please RSVP by providing your details and answering one short question on stakeholder engagement by 18 May 2017, COB. Your data and answers will be kept anonymous and aggregated to be used solely for the purposes of preparing the event.

See you soon!
